AGG provides the following services:
Free-to-join game servers for various games.
Best effort advice for home servers / homelabbing.
Guides and resources for setting up and managing your own homelab.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of AGG.
The services are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
4. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs (unless allowed on the servers rules, such as Anarchy Minecraft servers) in game servers is strictly forbidden.
Purposefully crashing or limiting the performance of our servers (such as lag machines) is strictly forbidden
Respect the privacy and rights of other users.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content on AGG, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AGG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual
property laws.
- Disclaimer of Liability for Loss of Player Data
AGG endeavors to maintain a stable and continuous service for all users. However, AGG is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, the loss of items, characters, bases, or any other in-game assets, whether due to server crashes, data corruption, unauthorized access, or any other reasons.
While we strive to safeguard your gaming experience, AGG cannot guarantee the preservation of your in-game progress, items, characters, or any other data associated with your account. We recommend that users regularly backup their own data where possible.
In the event of any loss or damage of in-game items, characters, bases, or other assets, AGG is not obligated to provide compensation or restoration of such lost data. Players use our services at their own risk and are encouraged to take necessary precautions to protect their in-game assets.
- Limitation of Liability
AGG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, interruptions, delays, failures, loss of items, characters, bases, or other in-game assets, data corruption, unauthorized access, or any other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications, or other systems outside the reasonable control of AGG.
By using AGG’s services, you acknowledge and agree that AGG is not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind arising from these issues, and you release AGG from any claims related to such losses or damages. This disclaimer forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and your agreement with AGG.
- Termination and Ban Policy
AGG reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Engaging in malicious attacks against our services, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, hacking, and spreading malware, will result in an immediate ban from all services and possible legal action.
Decisions of banning are at the full discretion of AGG administrators.
Your data may be deleted as part of our termination / ban procedure.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
AGG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
